You can set a relocation fee for each "Drop-Off" type booking. Drop-Off is where you the owner, transport the van to the hirer's location or in the extras.
Think about how far you are willing to travel, and how long it will take you to set up the van.
Generally, we recommend that you charge 0.45c per kilometre that you have to travel. So for a drop-off 50kms away, you might set a Relocation Fee of Eur 22.50.
You can also discuss it with the Hirer and decide what to do on ad-hoc basis.
